Cobsen Davies Sussex and Kent Ltd offer services in tile, slate, sheeting and a full array of flat roofing systems. We are also pleased to be compliant with the well recognised Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS). Over the past year we have been developing our product range and now offer products and services in the following areas. Sun Tubes - Cobsen-Davies Daylight!! Roof Safety- We now supply and fit fall-arrest and restraint systems, working with the two market leaders: Latchways and Capital Safety. Our prices are very competitive and we can also offer annual re-test services Liquid Coatings- We are replacing traditional roofing applications using this innovative seamless application of solvent and non-solvent based coatings. All applications come with a 10 or 15 year guarantee. Liquid coatings can be applied to any substrate, particularly suited to asbestos sheeting.
Exciting Projects:
We are involved in many exciting local projects including:-
Developing a £1 million pound project for Waring contractors building health care centres (Sure Health Care).

£3/4 million strip and retile project for Crawley Borough Council, including fascia, soffit and guttering replacement.
