The Cobsen-Davies (Sussex) franchise is becoming so popular it is having to send its experts abroad, recently being contracted in Gibraltar working for Haymills Contractors on a £700,000 development. The project is being built for the Government of Gibraltar with the main scope of the work including: single ply roofs, insulated panels to the main roofs, gutters and downpipes. The materials being used are Alwitra on the flat roofs, Corus Trisomet insulated panels on the main roofs and PPC aluminium gutter and downpipes.
The Hampshire franchise has been contracted to work in Guernsey on the Princess Elizabeth Hospital, a £500,000 project, and at Alderney Hospital on a slightly smaller scale project. They are also involved in a very interesting project on the Isle of Wight involving developing kiosks at Carisbrooke Castle using Cotswold slates (shown in the picture).
